 In store Support
In store Support is the best low cost option to get your computer fixed. We only charge for time we are working on your specific system. We have most common hardware and software tools available in store to get your computer fixed ASAP. Most computers are repaired in under one day, sooner if required.
Cost:
$75 per hour. Time over 60 minutes is billed additionally at $18.75 for each 15 minute increment.
If you are in a support agreement, there is no charge for in store support.
Technicians:
Support Technicians are located in Minnesota and speak English! They get right to the problem to fix it quickly. All support technicians are certified.
