 On site Support
On site Support is the best way to get your servers, computers, printers and other electronic devices checked in your environment. Technicians are usually available for same day service!
Cost:
$90 and is billed once the technician arrives on site. Time over 60 minutes is billed additionally at $22.50 for each 15 minute increment.
If you are in a support agreement, there is no charge for on site support.
Travel costs:
There are no travel charges if the appointment is in New Prague or Le Center. Small travel charges will apply if you live outside New Prague or Le Center.
Technicians:
Support Technicians are located in Minnesota and speak English! They get right to the problem to fix it quickly. All support technicians are certified.
