 Remote Support
Remote Support is the fastest and easiest way to get your computer fixed. If you have a serious computer infection or have no internet access, you will want to bring your computer in or have us come to you.
Cost:
$45 and is performed by certified repair technicians. Time billed is once you are connected. Time over 30 minutes is billed additionally at $22.50 for each 15 minute increments.
If you are in a support agreement, there is no charge for remote support.
Technicians:
Support Technicians are located in Minnesota and speak English! They get right to the problem to fix it quickly. All support technicians are certified.
