 Server and Network Support
Server and Network Support is performed at your location. Whether you have system issues or looking for consultive help, we have the certified server and network support technicians available for you.
Cost:
$120 and is performed by certified server and network technicians. Time billed is once you are connected. Time over 30 minutes is billed additionally at $30.00 for each 15 minute increments.
If you are in a support agreement, there is no charge for server and network support.
Technicians:
Support Technicians are located in Minnesota and speak English! They get right to the problem to fix it quickly. All support technicians are certified.
